Absolutely the worst customer service of all time. Ordered through DoorDash and wasn’t given my full order I paid for. So I call the restaurant directly because I’ve had this happen before and know it’s pointless to contact DoorDash because you may get refunded but your still without the food necessary to feed your family. So as expected, I was immediately told to call DoorDash if I wanted anything done because they were not at fault. I explained that I was local and a regular patron of their restaurant and that since I paid for the food (a chicken breast)I hadn’t received than they could hopefully make an exception and I’d come pick it up so we could all eat tonight . She said no. I then said ok, I’m gonna be forced to leave a review explaining exactly what is happening here and will never give my business to them again. She said that was my choice. I then asked for her name so I could personally name her as the employee with bad customer service skills vs blasting the entire staff, she hung up on me. I called back 8 times in a row only to have her continue to pick up the phone and hang up! Great job Porkie!

It was good, but the serving portion of the chicken tender plate meal was disappointing. The brisket sandwich was what redeemed the entire order. The chicken tenders consists of 3 small generic pieces. You also get a choice of bread and two sides. Honestly, those 3 measly generic chicken tenders were not worth the price, even with the sides.

i went here for the first time while in town visiting my mom. the food was ok i guess. sauces are meh. the staff was friendly enough. but i had to kill two roaches on the table and one that scampered off the table and onto my handbag. lost my appetite after that. i see prior reviews from years ago also mentioning roaches. you’d think they’d be more diligent with pest control rather than allowing the issue to continue for YEARS! i get that it’s “Florida”… but there’s also Orkin/Raid/Whatever and/or regular thorough cleanings. the whole joint was a little grubby, which i usually don’t mind. until the roaches start actually trying to hitchhike on my handbag! yuck.
