The neighborhood itself is quite nice. Looks well kept, small & quiet. However, when looking for a place for my Mom, the manager was quite rude.

Nice community mostly well kept but as with any privately owned communities rules can change on a whim. I would like to live their...but not hearing residents positive feedback on management...guess I can find out for myself

The lot rent is $420 and includes garbage and recycling pick up and lawn mowing and edging along the street.
