The park has no care for tenants, they will send the maintenance man harass you DAILY over little things, (they are extremely petty)damage your property and overall just has a lack of respect for home owners and they will be terrible people in the way they treat you if you live here. This park was OK before New management took over now every day is a struggle.This park is the most stressful place I’ve ever lived at in my entire life, I could go on for hours about the horror stories from living here.Not to mention the rent increases every year and there’s a bear problem the trailer park does nothing about.

They dont come furninshed but they should have availabilities. If not they have a waitlist
No and you are not allowed to have anything bigger than a plastic kiddie pool that can be dumped daily.
