Do not live here. Neighbors are nosey and wants to be in everybody's business. Absolutely no privacy if you are a private person.

Considering purchasing in this community. The website does not explain what the lot rental fee includes. Can a resident please tell me what I would receive for the monthly fee other than space for the home and access to the pool? Yard care, ect?
Places here are for sale not rent. The manufacturered homes are for sales but then you have lot rent to pay every month which is $437.00. Means you buy your home but still have to pay to live here. I own my home but pay $437.00 a month for the lot it sits on. However there is a clubhouse, swimming pool, etc.
