Ms Allison made me feel welcomed and I enjoyed my year stay here wish i could stay longer. With all the negative things I’ve seen yes maintenance is slow sometimes, because they are very short staff but all are good gents that take care of you surely maintenance would be better if they had more staff stay patience. Everytime I called for pest control it came and was effective. Yes older style apartment but does a great job of hiding it by that pool and 2nd lake view i had. They need to hire me so I can dress professional and take care of the tents a quick and effective as possible!!!. rent all over the place is going up but, I’d stay if there rent stayed the same or got lower. Addison was very pleasant when coming up to the front with any questions of concerns, gotta take your hat off to her and Allison for all they do. So if your looking for older/modern style apartment they are the one and located in a lovely area of Winston-Salem, NC.

Very nice and peaceful community! Leasing office staff and maintenance team are friendly and professional. Been living in this apartment complex for 5 years now and I haven't had any bad experience here.

I called the office to inform them of a TICK INFESTATION - 1 was even crawling on my newborn son. (I pay for pest control monthly) there is a gap in my front door giving them access to come in. Instead of being apologetic and helpful, Addyson went on to say I had an attitude and hung up on me? I called back and asked for the property manager over ten times but she kept talking over me - goes to show this place is extremely unprofessional. Since I’ve lived here (it’s only been 3 months) I have had my upstairs neighbors hot water tank flood my apartment as well as random leaks that stained the ceiling, my breaker box explode, several power outages, broken garbage disposal, my dead bolt isn’t even attached to my door, and everything in here is cheaply made but they tell you it’s “renovated” my “new” floor has holes in it? They also charge fees they don’t inform you of when first moving in. The only good thing about this place is the quick and friendly maintenance. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Parking here sucks ! apartment layout isn’t the best as far as getting to your door if you live on the back of one of the buildings People with children - act like you live in an apartment! Your child running ALLLL DAYYYYYY is not okay.
