Not worth it for the price especially if you plan on living in the studio apartments. My mom currently lives there and her apartment constantly smells like weed because of her neighbors. Pretty sure some of the reviews they have aren’t real.

Tamika in the property office was incredibly helpful and polite. She was concise and efficient. She is a very kind person and mentioned that “she loved her job” and it showed. The only reason I did not lease a property was due to availability…timing isn’t everything but it sure does play a role.

Hawk Ridge is much better than online reviews would lead you to believe. The apartments are clean, amenities are plentiful and all of the appliances in the units work great. Miss Tomeka was incredibly helpful, available and responsive for all of the needs we had throughout our time here and I would highly recommend Hawk Ridge for all of the reasons listed above and for the incredible value.

From the time I knocked on the door and asked if they had an availability until the time I was given my keys the staff was very helpful, informative and professional. Everyone introduced themselves to me including the gentlemen from the maintenance department. My leasing agent Mrs. Tamika Ross was very professional and nice. Mrs. Ross really takes her job serious and explained everything I needed to know on move in day. Mrs Ross and all the staff really care about the tenants. The office staff even prepared a Easter bag for my son. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. This is a very nice community and very welcoming. I would recommend this community to friends and families.
