I LOVE CROWN POLO!!! The best place to live, especially since Megan has stepped into a management position. She has been responsive to all of my inquiries and concerns. I plan to renew my lease next month, and for years to come while I attend Wake Forest University.

The community is quiet and peaceful. All the ladies at the office are extremely nice and helpful. I missed my rent payment for a few times by accident and they were kind enough to wave the extra charges. They do not want to give you a hard time! Special praises to the community director lady who helped me to resolve some mailing issues even after I have already moved out. Be aware of bugs If you live on the first floor, or is facing the trees.

I had a good experience living here, but my experience of moving out is quite unpleasant. I was charged $200 for resurfacing kitchen countertop, but these stains were mainly caused by my former roommate who moved out a year ago. I asked the staff at leasing office about the damage or stains issue when my former roommate moved out, and they told me we're good as long as they can fix it, so they didn't checked our apartment then. Now they charged $200 and denied one of their staff said like that. Also, they couldn't explain why $200 for resurfacing but just tried to avoid responsibility. Very disappointed...
