I recently just moved in for a temporary stay and was not excited about apartment living, however Stafford Place quickly changed my thoughts! I absolutely love my apartment and other residents are so friendly! The location here is the very best and just a few minutes away from my office. The Property Manager, Keesha is absolutely wonderful while always being so kind and welcoming. Upon moving in I had a few requests that were met in a speedy “Jimmy John’s” fast time! My expectations have been exceeded and I cannot wait for time in the beautiful fountained pool😊

Cheri at the front office is a true gem and she helped me feel comfortable and secure when deciding if Stafford Place was going to be the place I call home while completing PA school at WFU! 10/10 recommend!

I have nothing but great things to say about this complex. My parents have lived here for over three years and they love it. The office staff and maintenance are highly attentive. My parents have never waited more than a few hours for a maintenance request to be completed. The apartments and property are well kept and maintained. I wish I could find a complex like this in Greensboro! Location is great! Walking distance to walmart and many restaurant options.

Really liked this place. Best part is gas station, Walmart are just at a short distance. Near by a forest land. Scenic view. Apartments here are nice and all amenities are present. Floor is provided with carpets in all the rooms.
