This is a sister community to the one I'm building in in Land O Lakes. Models were the same but the amenities were different. The architecture here looks more modern, industrial but s nice community. It's close to shopping, beaches aren't far and lots of restaurants.

Interesting options for retiring seniors. Sales staff was not at all pushy and let us browse at our own pace. I've lived in a northern state active seniors age-restricted community for over 11 years and like it. If I make the move to Florida, this one could be the one.

I don't think they have apartments
I don't know if they have that, they have apartments for rent and they are ready to move in, and some of the houses are ready to move in, I just work on the amenity center and the pool that's going in.
