this is where packages go to die or disappear. this distribution center was a stop for a package headed from PA to GA. The package was "in transit" for several days to the next location. After doing nothing for days it returned the entire way back to my local distribution center, and then was subsequently sent back to Jacksonville to be lost in transit all over again on its way to GA. Amazing - priority mail now running over two weeks with no sign of progress and Jacksonville definitively being the weak link.

The post office on Phillips Industrial Blvd does not sell stamps. If you live in the baymeadows area, you will have to go to Mandarin.
Go into a local one and ask. They'll know by your zipcode. I couldn't determine this at the website.

Yes you can.
Call your local office with your tracking number it may have been misdelivered and they can pinpoint where the carrier scanned it at. It can also be a delay due to postal inspection depending on continents hope this helps and I apologize for the inconvenience

Go to your local post office or tell your mail carrier or you can go online, request to hold your mail until you come back. They will hold your mail for up to 30days.
