Terrible service department. Extremely rude, unprofessional service advisors. Got ignored in the service lane for 30+ minutes and was spoken to aggressively when I asked for assistance. I tried to speak with Randy and Brian and they blew me off without eye contact or a care in the world that a customer is standing there. All I got was a "STAND BY YOUR CAR SOMEONE WILL HELP YOU, IM BUSY". Both Brian and Randy acted like they didn't want to be there and hated their lives. Zero customer service skills. Especially from Randy I got a "NOPE CANT HELP YOU" when I asked him if he can help. And the thing is.... they kept assisting new faces that were coming in the service lane ... Unbelievable. I left and took my car to Duval Honda on Atlantic. They're busier than Honda of the Ave and still got me in with an advisor in less than 5 minutes. And was treated like a human being. I won't be coming back here. I'll make sure Sobh's family hears this, too.

Just leased my 4th Honda from Linda at HOTA. Great experience, as usual! Linda is awesome to work with. Jason, the Finance Mgr was quick and efficient. I got a great deal and they were easy to work with. Will be back in a few years for my 5th!!
