They have the largest selection in the area(very helpful after there is a shortage with rental cars). The staff were very efficient and quick, getting you in and out with a vehicle. Katherine was really kind and made returning the rental car quick and easy!

Philips Hwy office is always prompt and professional. They have a wide inventory and fair prices. This is also a very convenient location. For several years, this is a solid location regarding the staff.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I made a reservation earlier this week without issue - the vehicle I wanted was available or so I thought. When I arrived, I was informed the vehicle was no longer available and that they tried contacting me. I then called trying to find the vehicle at another location and they said they would call me back when they were able to locate it (mind you I am picking up a colleague from the airport in two hours). I was then transferred to a manager who said he was going to "contact the regional management team" and call me back in 10-15 minutes. That never happened. When calling the number back and asking to be transferred to a manager the rep stated she could not transfer me to a manager when the previous rep did without issue. Please take your money elsewhere if you're looking to rent a vehicle in Jacksonville. This company is literally a joke.

I rented a car from Enterprise for 8 days. The staff exceeded my expectations… very professional, courteous, friendly, versatile, and engaging. Upon my return, a service rep immediately greeted me and was ready to inspect the car. It was a hassle free process.😃
