Employees were nice, but I had to wait half an hour for them to clean the car, and the car smelled of cigarette smoke, I think from them. Not very professional.

The staff at this location are great. (They get five stars.) They make the best of a bad situation. In this case, I had to wait 45 minutes for a vehicle despite having a prepaid reservation because the location had no vehicles available. Apparently that Seinfeld episode was talking about Budget when they said that you know how to take a reservation, you just don't know how to hold a reservation. Eventually, the staff gave me the only available vehicle on the lot even though it was a significant upgrade. Then, just before returning the vehicle after using it for the weekend, I filled it up at a gas station a mile away. I stopped filling when the gas station pump automatically shut off; the fuel indicator gauge indicated full; and I received a receipt from the location indicating that all was well. So imagine my surprise when my final bill included a $11.74 fuel surcharge. I suppose Budget expects the customer to override the gas station pump and risk overfilling the tank and causing danger rather than to accept the customer's and the local location's assessment. Well, they can have their filthy $11.74 because I'm sure I would spend more than that in the value of my time to try to get it back. But they won't get my business back again. Again, this is not a reflection on the staff at the location. They've always treated me well and done their best under the circumstances. Maybe Budget could try helping them out by making sure they have actual cars to rent.

This place is in an awful location location and so hard to park and only one employee helping with A-line of no customers waiting to be helped
