(Update CLOSED) I think there is a confusion on what his practice does. He is a psychiatrist not a psychologist ... big difference. Being a psychiatrist means he is able to treat you as well as help you find a level ground using (not pushing them on you) medications. It’s important to get weekly or monthly follow ups as you need to be regulated to be able to get the proper dosage from the pharmacist. Personally, my road has not been easy. I lost 2 (that happen to be friends of Dr Wahba) to retirement. I called numerous places and found myself in the office of someone that wasn’t to pleasant with my history, was a pill pusher, a pill saver (if you were no longer taking them or you went up a dose) who was a loon that I ran away from. I called another ten places, lo and behold Dr Ws office was one that called me back. I had tears in my eyes someone wanted to help since I felt like I was at bottom because at the same time I lost my LCSW & PC Doc a month apart to death. ... I was nervous when I first got there. They gave me the stack of forms to fill out, that made my anxiety shoot through the roof, but he spent a good amount of time with me because not only did he have my whole medication history but understood what I was going through. Something in me awoke : hope. Dr Wahba is not a bad doctor at all. The girls that work for him are people who also care. Trust me I’ve delt with a lot of @—es in my life but never felt more comfortable in a doctors office in a long time. Next time you need an hour or a couch, call a psychologist. Update: OFFICE IS OFFICALLY CLOSED. I feel like I am grieving again and somehow we’ll all get through. God bless all of you! Good luck in your searches.

Doctor Wahba just closed his practice without letting any of his patients knowing. We all showed up to our appointments with the door locked and saying the office is officially closed, if you need help go to a hospital. They couldn't prepare us for what was to happen. Refer us to someone else, so we wouldn't be going off cold turkey on our meds.

Pathetic rude and unprofessional staff, dr. W terrible doesn’t care about his patients like my depression worsened knowing I had to see that dr. again ....the new dr that came in towards the end that in my opinion should have his own practice and not share a space with whaba and The end of me being a patient there ... was reason people who are battling mental illnesses see hope in the future . He was professional, kind, empathetic, smart and just real, like he always provided a positive and proactive way to deal with emotional stresses and encourage self sufficiency definitely a real hero .... Dr. Whaba on the other hand would leave you in silence while adding new meds and increasing your meds

How is he still practicing if he surrendered his medical license?

Where are our records? I need them. This is horrible just to close without any notice. He left us hanging while needing medication.
I say, we all get a class action suit against them. What they did is wrong! By just closing the office, with no notice, when they are supposed to be monitoring and administering mental medications to psychiatric patients! Then, they cut us off cold turkey and leave us with no outlets, it is criminal to say the least. If it is not a crime then it needs to be! No one should be cut off from their meds and then have no outlets afterwards!
Were do we go no on fo for my sciot
