Where are our records? I need them. This is horrible just to close without any notice. He left us hanging while needing medication.
Did NOT “retire.” Closed practice without notice! Patients found out when they went there for their appointments. There was a note on the door stating that the office had closed. That is not how a medical practitioner retires. Such a hardship on the patients who are left scrambling to find a new provider. Disgraceful!
This is definitely malpractice. They left don’t contact any of the patients. They just close up shop, and let us all drive to our appointments, ( I came from MASTIC) only to come to a locked door telling us to contact our primary care physicians?! We are supposed to be monitored closely while taking meds. We can’t just stop taking them cold turkey, waiting to get into to see another doctor! How is this even legal to do!?
His license has been taken away.

Dr Wahba retired. His replacement didnt show. The women in office were suddenly out of jobs as well. This wasnt planned at all. They gave out patient records.
Dr Wahba is retiring. Maybe they're moving locations?
Peter Bourque, who practiced with Dr. Wahba, still seems to be practicing in PJ at 631-438-8214.
What an sob. He told me he was retiring and Peter was taking his place. I was there las month and there was no mention of closing the place. I hope that I can find some one fast. I need my meds.
