Today's visit was great. Was in and out in less than an hour and half.

Went in with an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Checked in at 2:10 pm and left at 3:40 pm. My oil change and tire rotation were done by 2:40 as there is a window in the waiting area that look out into the service bay and I could see that. At 2:40 my truck was moved over to the car wash line where it sat for almost 45 minutes before being run through the process. So an hour of the service visit was waiting for my truck to go through the wash process. It’s a nice service but not worth an hour wait. The workers seemed to be more interested in taking a break and always being on their phones instead of getting the vehicles through the process.
