Superior professionalism and unbelievable kindness. I used Right At Home in Jacksonville for a recent out-patent procedure. To say they were responsive, professional and helpful is an understatement. I was fortunate to be able to speak to the owner directly on my initial contact and was put at ease straight away as he walked me through the process, paperwork and fees. My case was especially challenging as I was travelling into Jacksonville from overseas and we hit a few bumps with my international credit card and then not having ready phone/internet access during my stay in Jacksonville. Each challenge was resolved expeditiously by the Owner. On the day of service, I was given extremely kind and efficient support by the assigned care-giver. I recommend this Team to anyone needing post-op support and transport.
