Hello, just traded in my 2019 XC60 for the newer upgraded model and it was pleasant and straighforward experience. My sale rep, Batin Apalan, made it an easy and painless experience. Update on my experience, unfortunately the HoneyMoon and relationship with this dealership and brand may be over. I have a brand new 2022 XC60 Inscription purchased with less than 1000 miles in late July 2022 and it is in the service center for the second time. Apparently the car decides to not recognize it's key or start at random times. The dealership blames it on software upgrades. It's amazing it's gone through 2 version upgrades and still has the same issue. It was towed to the dealership again last Friday on my dime and is sitting in their service dept and has not been evaluated. I was told they may be able to look at tomorrow but no guarantees when it will be fixed and no offer or suggestion of a loaner. Apparently their service dept is so busy they have don't believe a brand new car that is essentially undriveable sitting in their service bay is any priority. From the Volvo forum boards I am seeing a tremendous amount of complaints and issues on all new Volvos' with the Google Based Infotainment systems. Volvo as a whole is doing very little or not enough to address the quality issues and numerous complaints. Very disappointing and quite frightened, seriously reconsidering the brand, dealership and overall purchase.
