The property manager, Vanessa White Morgan, may be one of the most unprofessional individuals I've come across in a long time. She is "appointment only" even in times that call for her to appear. She is a direct reflection of the leasing office. There is no sense of urgency and there is a severe lack of organization especially in the maintenance department. Luckily, Tia, the assistant leasing manager, was there to assist with the problems caused by the leasing office and the maintenance department.

Well atp I’m ready to move. They need to fire their pest control company because they literally walk around put some traps down and leave. I had so many holes in my apartment mice basically live with me rent free. Speaking of rent I pay over 2k for roaches and mice to live with me that’s just ridiculous. I’ve been trying to get this rectified since I moved here in September and it’s just getting worse. You can’t ever get through to the office because the lines always busy. I’m convinced all Maryland apartments are over priced and infested but want to charge outrageous prices to live there. This place would actually be ok if they would just exterminate properly sheesh!

My husband and I moved from Tennessee to Maryland for his job and are renting an apartment at Tall Oaks. So far, the entire staff has been very friendly and helpful during our big move (Vanessa, Tia, and Ricardo). The apartment was updated and clean upon our arrival; no issues so far!
