Man overall the apartments are cool , great location and got a nice floor plan. I wish I could actually like these but they are roach infested and they literally don’t do nothing about it I didn’t live there long at all and kept the unit spotless . Other than that Management has its days their communication is very poor . But there’s one gentleman that sits to the right as soon as you walk in that’s very cool man and got a good attitude . Not really safe for my kids here due to all these bugs . If you are thinking about moving here Trust me some of these apartments are infested and they need to really get on top of that .

ROACH INFESTATION!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY DO NOT CARE. I CALLED FOR AN EXTERMINATOR MULTIPLE TIMES AND HE ONLY CAME ONCE. THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THE EXTERMINATOR EVEN ENTERING MY APARTMENT. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT CARE TO ASSIST ME AS A TENANT. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

My rent is $2700 and I was charged the same deposit to move in due to my credit. Plus $50 for my extra car and $125 for my storage unit monthly. It is very expensive here, at least for us. My wife and I are disabled military veterans. We were of the opinion, that paying this amount of rent, the customer service would have been second to none, but it’s getting a lot better, based on my last interaction with the leasing office. We have hoodlums speeding in the parking garage, blasting loud music, with no regards for the safety of the community. We also have police vehicles here, who apparently sets no example at all, nor do they enforce simple violations. The trash rooms are cleaned during the week. However, they can be very disgusting, on the weekends and that's when the roaches and other critters, seems to have their party lol, but tenants also need to do their part, by placing trash in the shoot and not leaving garbage by the trash room door and inside the trash rooms. The parking garage is maintained, it has been power washed and trash, leaves and other debris are cleaned regularly. Moving in my apartment, it was empty and free of debris, it was not cleaned to my standards, nevertheless, I have not seen any major rodent or critter activity in my apartment so far, nor in the hallways of my particular floor (unlike what some reviews suggests). The hallways are mopped very regularly with pinesol 😆, so it helps with the trash smells, from people leaving trash out at night, which is part of the $35 monthly valet trash service, whether you use it or not. The noise level from tenants above and or beside my apartment, is pretty decent so far as well. Thanks neighbors. 😊 Overall it’s a pretty good place to live, centrally located and very convenient for shopping and nearby eateries.

Potential new tenants -Talk about the amazing Karima Koroma, she was so fantastic. Her bubbly personality and charisma was so welcoming. She took me and my girlfriend on a tour and vividly gave us one of the best tours in our search for a new place. Before she could finish we had already made the decision that this was our new home just by the way she made us feel during the tour. She gave us an atmospheric home vibe, this was important for us when deciding on making Emerson our new home. Thank you sooooooo much Karima. We truly appreciated it, I think 🤔 if we had more people like you in this world, the world would be a much better place. Emerson management should be lucky having you as an employee because you make them look good 👍🏿 keep up the good work. God bless!!!
