I moved in about a month ago, it’s been ok. Once you move in then you pretty much are forgotten about, I’ve had multiple issues with my unit only to be rushed thought the lease process when I received my keys. I keep seeing how unsafe the parking garage is on the community website and that is a huge concern because I was told it was safe. Multiple reports of cars being stolen, wheels being stolen, and cars being broken into. For the most part the community is quiet, but I also do not face the pool or common areas and that’s where all of the complaints come from with people having parties in the lobby. I have a heavy footed neighbor which I will be complaining about and I’m sure nothing will be done. Will I renew? Probably not. I would keep looking and ask a lot of questions, I did and I was told I had nothing to worry about and it’s great. Make sure to have an extra day after getting your keys because you will probably have to have the unit cleaned again. Also if you do the rentgrata good luck with getting the 150.00 credit, it’s like pulling teeth to get it.

The hallways always smell like weed when I go to leave my apartment. The carpets in the hallway as you walk throughout the building have many stains and appear unsanitary. There is a hole on the ceiling near the exit/entry door. Please enforce no smoking for residents. It smells of weed daily, and that is no luxury experience.

Since moving in Evolution my experience has been phenomenal. The staff is great and friendly. I love all the amenities. Overall my experience here has been great and I enjoy my home.
