I called this morning trying to find out more information about your beautiful senior living property. I have never in my 63 years encountered an experience like this.I felt like I should not have called. I am a candidate for retirement relocating from another state. The agent Etni through the 3 to 5 minute conversation only asked 1 questions. What is your name? We don’t have anything available . What happen to your hospitality ? Why didn’t you ask “When will you need to move? What are you looking for? or “ When we have something available we will call.” Just silence. Very cut and dry. I got the impression , “I don’t want you here.” Welcome to Maryland? Wow

I moved to The Willows at Victoria Falls about five years ago, and I'm still as much in love with the community as I was then. It is a beautiful place to live and has many wonderful amenities. I felt safe from the moment I moved here. What really won me over about whether to move to The Willows was the great walking trail -- it's a couple of miles long with some inclines and slopes, which circles the community. I get a pretty good workout just by walking this trail. But if outdoor walking isn't your thing, be sure to check out the extensive fitness room located in the resort clubhouse. The Willows is a beautiful community, and is very well maintained during all seasons. It is especially beautiful during the spring and summer months, and snow removal is pretty prompt.
