I had two appointments made for me and both times I showed up they told me I didn't have one. They had to scramble to put me with other people just so I could get my medications. I had to miss even more work to do these appointments. They put me with another doctor that told me he would prescribe my medication once but I would have to stop taking my other medication otherwise he wouldn't prescribe again. There is no research or conclusive medical evidence showing that the two medications would react negatively and therefore no reason to withhold my medications that I need. In fact, the very little research that has been done with the two medications shows they actually benefit each other. They said they were going to try and put me with someone else. That person canceled my appointment to go on vacation and now no one there will help me. They acted like it was my fault. I am going to go through withdrawal now because of them and it could have been avoided. This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever dealt with-and the first time anyone has told me they had a problem with the medications I was taking. Everyone that works there should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for this. If you are looking for decent mental health care and rely on medications- you need to avoid this place. The appointment thing did not just happen to me. One of the people I spoke with admitted that it had been happening to a lot of people that had appointments there. The first day I went to try and make an appointment there was a woman at the desk complaining about the very same thing. Places like this are the reason mental health care in the U.S. is so terrible.
