This place is the worst decision I have ever made, the receptionists never answer the phone, the exterminator has come 5 times for roaches and it does not get better, the entire building has them.There's no parking, the dishwasher floods, if you tell them there's a nail in the ground they just hammer it in, if you want to be miserable for a year feel free to apply for a lease here.

This place charge you with a fee because you work nightshift & wasn't fully available for exterminator to come in/ out for cheap Roaches treatments. $75 You're ask to leave apartment for 3 hours. Who can do this , if you've worked all nights. Not professional at all...

If I could leave 0 stars I would, move in date was originally in September, every 2 weeks they would call and change. Finally November comes, I ask for a refund and I got placed into an apartment instantly. Regrettably the worse choice I could’ve made, the apartments are VERY VERY noisy, and the leasing office is non responsive when trying to inquiry about anything. The staff may need some training in customer service, Patricia specifically. If you move to Fox Rest you will not enjoy it here.

Terrible customer service. As I was walking in I saw the signs that a mask is required and I was going to ask for one as soon as I stepped in as I did not have one in my car. Before I could get a word out the lady at the front desk rushes out and rudely informs me that I need to have a mask before even saying hi or hello to me. At this time, she was not wearing a mask and the lady at the back desk had her mask on her chin as she talked loudly on the phone. I was rushed out after having half hearted assistance. Based on the outward appearances and upkeep of the grounds alone these apartments are a hard pass for me.
