I moved into a unit within this complex almost two weeks ago. I don't have a key to the mailbox. The key they gave me to the unit didn't work. There is a roach infestation within the unit I have reached out to the rental office on now several occasions requesting extermination and at this point a transfer. Two weeks I haven't been able to move my furniture in... haven't been able to spend not one night in this place. Today the exterminator was supposed to come I have been calling all day waiting requesting a eta for the exterminator and they telling me he hasn't come pick up the keys. So another week will go by. This is disgusting. I'm seriously debating contacting the better business bureau, the housing commission because this is seriously inadequate

On 09/22/22 A/C was charged. Would not run after it was charged. As of 09/28/22 still no A/C..... As of today 09/20/22 A/C issue still not resolved. Capacitor was put on the blower motor. The A/C still doesn't cool... Reported A/C issue July 25th. Followed up on maintenance request on August 4th. Maintenance finally comes over to check the unit. They state the blower motor was hot and the A/C needs to be turned off overnight for them to be able to work on it. A/C has been off since Thursday August 4th. Called on Friday to see if someone would be out to fix the problem. No one showed up. Today is August 8th I wonder how many days it will take before the A/C is fixed and able to be used again??? It is really interesting all the reviews have been taken down. I guess the truth was bad for business..... I know my experience here has not been a positive one. And just gets worse with each company that takes over.

this is the worst apartment complex in laurel. i had so many issues with the washer/dryer and ac and they take forever to show up and work on the issue. i do not recommend ever living here, for the price of the rent with all the issues it’s not worth it at all.

they still have bedbugs and want to make residents believe that they dont, please dont move here.
I would not advise anyone to move here. Towing is a real issue here

@Rajesh towing has been lifted Monday for the holiday. Please stop by the office tomorrow to get a parking pass.
