Breakfast was good as always and the front desk person was nice. The room on the other hand was terrible. The carpet was tearing apart, mold on the bathroom walls, rusty door frame, hair behind the bathroom door, bathtub missing chunks of coat or porcelain and dirty walls. After 15+ hours driving I did not have the energy to request another room, after all, I was looking to stay there just a few hours. Definitely not to the standard of Holiday Inn Express brand.

Great location off highway and close to Hershey and other attractions. Room was good. Common areas needed attention. Full trash bins inside and out, uncleaned common areas, no towels at the pool, hot tub was not working. Breakfast was very disappointing. They were out of many items and the one person working could not keep up with food or cleaning. This hotel has potential to be very nice, but either needs more staff or better management. Overall, we were a bit disappointing due to cleanliness and breakfast options

A little bit dated with some damage to various things in the room. Also the room could have been a bit cleaner. Got four stars because the sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, and those pillows are amazing. Staff was super nice and helpful, with a decent breakfast selection. I was in town for work so the location being more out of the way was a huge plus, no interest in dealing with noisy tourists. Fast food right across the street, close to the highway, and a grocery store less than 10 away. Would be happy to stay again in the future.

This is a great property really but seriously lacking in maintenance and housekeeping. Been staying here for years and the staffing issue hit hard here... since COVID I've been regularly finding other people's clothes in my room and the trash isn't even emptied every time. Hoping it turns around, but for now I would recommend other accommodations.
