Where shall I start! First and foremost, the room smelled like smoke. Woke up from neighboring room had a dog barking all night. The pillows were thinner than a comforter. Outside parking lot light was aiming directly into our room, went to breakfast wow it was horrible the setup, the toaster was heating up halfway some heating wires were not even working in toaster, small plastic cabinet that stored the waffles and bread door was broken and falling off. Went to the pool. I would say poor upkeep of pool area I seen better areas in a public pool in Brooklyn. With just saying look at the ceiling of pool area notice that exhaust vents are rusted and almost falling off, also look at the ADA lift is rusted and falling apart!. Door left of lift is rusted and rust on edge of pool, I took the Time in writing this so that managers take action on areas needing attention. Pool looks as it not been shocked, it's 9am and it already looks cloudy!.

I booked this place last minute because my initial hotel (Clarion Hotel of Harrisburg) had issues. This place was an improvement over my initial hotel booking a because at least it had their A/C system working. BUT this place was also poor! Many of their maintenance and cleaning is neglected. Bath tub was malformed with a dented flooring so the water would just pool instead of going down the drain. The tub drain was slow draining from a clog. Toilet nuts weren't tight so when I sat on the toilet, it would rock back and forth. A/C vent wasn't cleaned. I can see cheese doodles and bottle caps left from the previous customers. Light lamp switch was missing/removed, only way to turn it off and on was to unplug and replug it. Hair dryer wasn't cleaned. Full of dust at the intake vents. The floor did not look clean. Cabinet had water damage from the fridge. Free Breakfast wasn't good either. No one was there to supervise and serve you. They just left the breakfast there and walked away. Customers has spills that weren't cleaned. My chair was dirty from maple syrup at the bottom when I tried to adjust my chair, that means they don't clean their chairs! I saw a few customers that almost got burned from the steamer because they had to serve themselves for the eggs and sausage. The food felt like it was all bought it bulk from a local Costco or something.

If there was an option for zero stars I’d give them that. From the second we got there and it took 7 minutes for anyone to come to the desk (even though three employees saw me standing there and kept on their way) they “couldn’t find” my reservation because the women at the desk can’t spell. Then our room was absolutely disgusting! The shower rod was hanging on to dear life and there was black mold all over the bathroom around the trim and shower edges 🤮 no breakfast like advertised there was one muffin sitting out. The smell alone in our hallway was enough to make you cry. I’ve been to many dog friendly hotels with way higher standards. We left a day early because of the filth. Whole hotel needs a deep cleaning the parking lot alone could fill multiple dumpsters. Will never recommend this place or stay here again ! Really hope people read the reviews before they book because I didn’t and immensely regret it. Ruined our trip to Harrisburg

We normally stay here and it isn't bad but this stay was horrible. The guestroom had a spider smashed on the wall, there were dead flies on the window seal, dirt behind the door and mold in the shower. Had to ask for a remote and waited 2 hours for that. No one at front desk most of the time. No towels at the pool even after asking. Couldn't be given a receipt because they said no ink in the printer. Just disappointed this stay. Had to make a phone call after check out for them to check on medicine that was left there to throw away and she said she would tell housekeeping the next day. It was my fault it was left there but it should have then been taken care of right away.
