Really it is Zero stars This place was so disgusting. We pulled into the parking lot and the first thing we notice is the soffit is falling away, the roof singles are bare, the windows are filthy as are the curtains hanging in them as well as being torn. I immediately told my husband "we are not staying here". We went to the Manager to advise we we're canceling and she insisted we at least take a look at the room, as a courtesy we did. The inside was worse than the outside. My sinuses burned from the smell of smoke, the carpet was dinghy and stained. We both said no, called #Travelocity and cancelled our reservation. I can not believe that #Travelocity hosts the Family Inn on their website. The blessings was the we were able to get reservations elsewhere.

Dont come expecting luxury and you will be happy. This place probably hasn't been updated since the 80s, it is in need of some significant repairs, and the furniture is old, but it was CHEAP, and more importantly, it was CLEAN. The service when we checked in at midnight was very friendly even though I'm pretty sure we woke her up. The shower was hot. The locks and ac worked very well. Just fine for a brief overnight prior to attending the park the next day. Would recommend to customers who aren't afraid of a well- worn environment.

I discovered there were bed bugs in my room because I woke up with numerous bites. I was told by the manager that there are no bugs in my room despite showing her some of the bites. The bites lasted a lot longer than my stay.

Should have listened to the last review! Disgusting! Didn't even bother to clean the room spider webs and bugs in shower! Bugs all over the room, bed bugs bit my child all up, dirty stained sheets. Never again! Look at the proof below pictures provided! They need to be reported, this can't possibly be hygenic! If there was another motel available I would've left! I don't normally complain, but they offered no assistance no room change no sheet change till I demanded it, and even then it was literally the sheet no pillow cases, no comforters!
