So disappointed and I can say this is one of the worst Clinics you may visit. They are disrespectful to clients even though they train their students and make money you. I am a scientist and researcher in healthcare equity & access; my experience with this clinic made me realize why we see all these disparities in healthcare here in our great nation. I told them I'd leave a google review; the receptionist said We don't care!!!. Any funding for this center will likely be like putting your money in the Riverside. I highly recommend funding other clinics or community NGOs that truly serve clients. The students, doctors, and nurses are unaware of how rude some staffs are and the “unintentional” bias they practice “ I suggest the Harvard bias test for all staff”! Most of the receptionists and administrations need to go to intensive inclusiveness and diversity workshops and they need more education. They should learn about equity in access to healthcare. I highly recommend weekly seminars on using the proper behavior with your clients. The people who come to your clinic are human and deserve to be treated like humans despite their race, language, gender, or country of origin. If you're in a position of power, that doesn't mean you can violate human dignity. You should know the client first; when my 4 years daughter was so sick and I asked to add her to my portal to see her lab tests, the recipient just disregarded me and transferred me to voice mail automatically. All staff at this clinic will consider you are stupid until you approve not. I highly recommend the following: 1- firing all the recipients and especially managers. Firing lab staff and hiring new ones as soon as possible. 2- Weekly workshops on inclusiveness and our incredible diversity as a nation. 3-Educate nurses on essential communication and cultural stuff. 4-Learning sessions for residents on how to save client dignity and client first “without patients they are nothing.” And show them cultural humility documentary. 5- Make the Harvard bias test as mandatory and every 6 months. 6-Hiring interpreters “ With different languages skills” with strong health information backgrounds. I hope this will help.

Incompetent staff, never have I been taken back at my appointment time. I always wait more than 45 minutes before I’m seen.

If you realize that this is a teaching Healthcare facility than you'll know that you will be seen by Doctors in Residency, and you'll be part of their education. I've been seen at this practice for several years and can count on one hand the less than desirable appointments I've had. The staff is caring, through and professional.

Please do not use this horrible facility. Your wait time is hours and the doctors don't stay. The staff is rude and obnoxious. If you call for an appointment it may be months before you're seen. I was sad I had to give one star!!!
