I rented and office for a month and a half and loved it. The management team is responsive and reachable almost all the time. The internet is stable; I was on video conference most of my day and had no issues. The neighborhood is lovely and there is a food court nearby. I would definitely rent there again the next time I need an office space in Syracuse.

Matt was very responsive. Grateful this space was available on such short notice. Office was large and had a nice window and parking was close by and easily accessible. Price was affordable as well. 3 stars because the Wi-Fi was terrible and did not have enough bandwidth to support video calls. Had to use my 5G phone connection as backup. Coffee setup could use improvement also.

We recently released a part time hybrid membership, inquire about this via email or via phone!
Once you sign up you are given a key fob. Depending on your membership, access is either limited to 8-5 or 24/7! You are also able to add parking to your membership which gives you garage access.
Private Offices are being offered around $200. First come first serve. Only 4 left!
There is street parking available on Harrison in front of our building. We also offer spaces inside our on-sight garage as well as in our exterior lot.
8-5 keycard access, WiFi, coffee, kitchen access, printing capabilities, membership directory, and conference room access.
