I just started at this office this year, as my regular doctor moved here. So far, the office staff have all been incredibly polite and competent. I have had great experience with their lab tech, and their nursing staff has been wonderful. Only minor complaint is that they have older/outdated imaging equipment, so instead of being able to get imaging in office, I have to go to some place like Advanced Medical Imaging and then wait. Not a deal breaker, though! Overall, it's a clean and efficient place that I feel really comfortable providing my care.

The accounting people are awful!! They call me and tell me I can't get anymore service until I pay my $100.00 bill. I called them back and asked them where my statement was. I have no problem paying but I want a statement showing my charges They said they sent it. I explained that I haven't gotten anything. After they verified my address they said "well someone is getting it". I'm like "I live alone, so no one else is getting my mail or has access". I asked for them to sign me up for the portal so I can see my statements and pay online. I got access to the portal, seen my statement and payed my bill right away. Then a week later they called and said I needed to pay for my previous visit and my upcoming visit prior to my appointment. I went online to my portal and it shows that I owe $0.00. I'm not sure what kind of place expects you to pay without a statement but this is rediculous. I feel bad for the older people who don't know how to get on the portal that these accounting people are taking advantage of. I know I can't be the only person not receiving statements that they are expecting to pay. I personally think it's someone in accounting being lazy and not wanting to send out bills through the mail so they are trying to take advantage and make people sign up for online. Regardless you can't refuse to see someone or force a person to pay when the portal shows they don't owe anything. This place will cause u more mental anguish then you already have. No accountability on their accounting departments end.

I really like the PA Sarah I have seen off and on for a few years now, she is kind and listens to me and has helped me a lot with finding medications that work for me. However, the office and billing staff are where my issues lie. I have had multiple instances where I am being billed for statements I already paid and when I call (if I can get ahold of someone) they tell me it's from their "old" system so they didn't catch it. I have also called regularly to make sure I do not owe anything after I do make payments and they tell me I am all caught up, only to be sent more statements that are over two years old that I am confident I already paid, and they give me the same excuse that it is from their "old" system. I will be finding another doctors office.

My account was unknowingly sent to collections and after I received the notice from collections I paid my balance directly with the office with no problems. I called back months later to schedule an appointment and was told I was discharged as a patient because they originally sent my account to collections. Awful communication. Really disappointing to see out from a health care practice.
