If I could give this zero stars I would. Upon entering this hotel the chlorine from the pools hit you in your face even before the sliding doors open to the lobby. Smelt so bad it smelt like gas. The bathroom sink was plugged up and u couldn't even wash your face and brush teeth without the water reaching 1 inch to the top! Showers have a 4 in soap dish and couldn't hold shampoo and a tiny body wash. Not place for a wash cloth. The beds are like sleeping on box spring and we got no sleep! Breakfast was a joke. Liquid rubber eggs and rubber sausage...all put together with a MOUSE running through all the tables and towards the food and water dispenser and then crossing over to an employee room. Please dont go here. $387 for a Saturday and Sunday got to waste. If it wasnt close to our family we would've stayed anywhere but here. Never again. We told the front desk about the mouse and I swear they didnt understand nor KNOW what a mouse even was!!!

It was okay. First room was very smokey with perfume overtones, but we were switched to another room without problem. Room was stuffy, found some garbage in a cup but otherwise seemed clean. Quiet rooms. Our beds were about 6/10 comfort for people who like soft beds as compared to firm. Rooms need painting and a good cleaning. Breakfast staff was pretty rude but food was good for price. Pool was nice, indoors. Probably will go with Hilton as opposed to this place again.

The hotel was in a vey convenient location for us, and the room and common areas were clean. The refrigerator in the first room did not work, he apologized and assigned us to.a second room. When we saw him later, he checked to make sure all was fine, and it was. He even asked if we needed anything put in their larger freezer, to which we declined. He was very personable and a pleasure to talk with.

Positive: We were very pleased with our stay. This is a clean, safe hotel with just what yiu need for an overnight trip. Clean rooms, nice hotel staff, good breakfast and coffee and even a little pool for the kids. For the value, I give this a 10/10. Negative: No complaints. It has everything we needed for an overnight stay with kids.
