I lived here for a year and recently moved out. I wanted to give an honest review of my experience. Pros: Conveniently located between Miami and Ft Lauderdale right off the main highway, spacious 2/2 apartments, fairly quiet neighborhood, most of office staff is helpful, gym is nice, and pool is ok. Family friendly neighborhood children play outside daily. Close to sawgrass mall. Updated apartments. Neighbors are mostly friendly. Maintenance is fast and helpful. Cons: Other half of amenities are not useable or need repair (dog park worn down and playground is closed and in need of a remodel, abandoned volleyball court w/o net). Security is non existent Poor lighting in parking lots close to entrances, no security patrolling, no cameras, and no gates (our car was stolen right out the parking lot and management did not care and we were not the first people this happened to and no security measures have been added). No parking control and inadequate parking for some buildings (if you lived in 40, 60, or 80 sometimes you would have to park quite far away from your apartment). All residents received non-renewal notices this year and their only solution was you could reapply for a new apartment with and pay a much higher rental markup (while i was fine with leaving there were people who have lived there for many years some people 5 or more and the property manager did nothing to help them remain residents on the property). Mailboxes are very old ours did not even lock. The office rarely answers the phone. Overall it was an average experience though since they are now the same price as luxury apartments in the area I would recommend going some place that has nicer amenities and security to get your money’s worth.

This has been a complete nightmare with this people! We moved out on May and we haven’t received our deposit money back yet! I have been there more than 7 times and always received the same answer “they are working on it” come on!!!! 7 months???? I left the apartment in perfect conditions according to the manager Jasmine! There is no valid excuse for them to have me waiting all this time. The worst part I have sent already 5 emails a no one has ever reached me back! This is ridiculous and disrespectful to the tenants.
