Scheduled an appointment for an apartment that wasn't open till the 1st of May, tried to get in to see it earlier than the first and was told it wasnt possible due to it not being ready. Got there early this morning at 955, to find out that the unit was already sold and that they didn't even have the decency to honor the prescheduled appointment or even give me the due courtesy of a call to update about the listing being taken off market. Frankly, I feel like the leasing staff at The Lodge should take some courses in proper management and customer relations.

Don’t bother leaving a voicemail they won’t return it. I also recommend dealing with any other staff member other than Krystal as Krystal does not know how to resolve situations. Maintenance workers were quick to respond to the order after getting in contact a second time and were very nice!

We applied for the Apartment and got denied. Well actually Krystal thought she was doing us a favor by deciding not to submit our application because she claimed that we didn’t meet the income requirements although we just moved into a two bedroom that is 400 dollars more per month. Regardless, I asked for my refund since the application was not submitted for my fiance and I, she agreed and I have the emails where she says she will submit them. She claimed she didn’t have the address to send it to. I sent it to her twice. You know if she would’ve submitted the application and let us just get denied then we wouldn’t be having this problem, I’d just take the loss. I just want the 45 dollar charged on my card back and the 45 dollar money order she made me go to Walmart to get in person during our application process. It just makes me angry that we had several phone conversations, I went in to view the place, we had to go out of our way several times while lugging a baby with us and she tells me we don’t make enough. Well, guess what, I do. I told her I had other docs I was waiting to obtain because I just started my job, we could’ve postponed the application. Guess what! I’m glad we didn’t move there. Would’ve been an extra 25 min commute to work, plus you are in the ghetto. Get real.. plus you have terrible reviews. I would never consider moving there.

This place looks pretty and nice but is actually a slum. It took 3 months for them to add a new person to the lease. They don't fulfill repair requests in timely fashion. We have a faulty railing on our balcony that we requested to be fixed over a year ago. They closed the pool because too many children were playing there. The security guard just gets high by the mailboxes. The staffing office has such high turnover they can't get anything done, they don't honor their payment plans when they send them to you. If you bother them too much or are late on rent, they have your car towed. Honestly can't wait to move.

Wow thats crazy I've been here a year and havent had a single one of those problems. :o in fact last night I got stopped by security cause I was sitting parked too long. Which side are you on??
