I wouldn’t stay here again. Two stars because of the convenience of the location to Hershey park and the breakfast was decent. Room left a lot to be desired. I think the bottom of the bathroom door was coming off as it was opening and closing and leaving a pile of debris on the floor. There was a cigarette burn hole in one of the lamps. And a child has clearly written all over one of the chairs in pen. Also asked for additional pillows and was told they were “out of stock.” Next time I’ll be staying somewhere else nearby.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay greatly!!! The staff is amazing the pool and hot tub were great for the kids it's pet friendly so we got to meet everyone's cute doggies and Breakfast was amazing and the beds were comfortable we'll definitely be back

The guy and gal that checked us in were both extremely friendly! The lobby also looked great (that plus the photos I saw online, I thought “this’ll be great for one night”…) Another plus was that the hotel is pet friendly. Let’s start with the stair cases and hallways of the hotel. They smelled musty, and look like they’ve never been cleaned..okay fine it’s not the room. Get in the room, all I can smell is French fries and wet dog. Smell is stronger in the bathroom but has consumed the room. The walls had a lot of stains. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, but when we made the bed to go to sleep I noticed in between the comforter and top decorative thing there was a piece of old food and hair that wasn’t ours. Had to get a new comforter and blanket. Couch and chairs look dirty. I honestly didn’t walk around barefoot in the room. Oh, big hole in the carpet when you first walk in and the way they organized the furniture made my nightstand go the long way so only the top was accessible. the breakfast was decent, some hot and cold food. And the diner next door is actually really good! Wasn’t the worst hotel ever but they should be investing some money in a GOOD deep clean.

Stayed here for 14 weeks for my ER assignment. Pet friendly is a plus. Clean, tidy, glad hot breakfast came back because covid restrictions were lightened! Diner and sheetz nearby if you want more options. Close to highway. People said they found cockroaches... Honestly, did not see any and I stayed on second and third floor. Then again, I'm an ER nurse, not much will gross me out unless it's someone throwing feces. Wish the hot tub/jacuzzi wasn't out of commission, but likely necessary for repairs which is understandable. Some people say the elevator smelled, I can vouch from my 14 week experience it is clean in the morning and becomes used from all visitors throughout the day...
