Went today for the first time, ny daughter actually was drowning & the lifeguard "didn't even notice" my husband & I ran to my daughter & a kind man actually saved her and took her out , the lifeguard Casey didn't even care she still stayed in her seat. I went up to her & asked if she even noticed she said no! (Keep in mind it was not even packed πŸ˜‘) I went to front desk to complain & front desk lady just started semi laughing had a big smile and said ok? Like she didn't care at all she went to "talk" to Casey about the incident but they started laughing and it made me so upset! I'm not the type of person to leave reviews but I mean dang do your job! The fact that nobody was even sorry about it or checked up or seemed to care was just a pathetic. So lifeguards definitely need to pay more attention!

We went here because Jack Carter was unexpectedly closed and our home swimming pool, Oak Point STILL hasn’t finished the outdoor pool construction. I’d say this is fine for small children but anyone 5+ is going to get bored in about 30 minutes. Facility is was clean, it’s nice you can go between the indoor and outdoor areas to have a snack and would be fine for lap swimming. Just not a lot to offer grade school children.

I moved my family from Virginia to Plano, Texas in 1995 due to my worked. This is our first time to come and swim in this pool. We had a good time specially my grandkids. We love the pool and we are coming back. The staff are very nice and friendly. Thank you!
