I can not say enough great things about this RV Park! I have been here a month and everything has gone really well. Adriana ♥️, Reuben ♥️, Lee Ann♥️ have been so responsive and helpful whenever anything came up and needed immediate attention. I have worked with Adriana from the very beginning and she has always been a 5 star employee!! Thank you to you all.. so grateful to be here with such wonderful people. You guys rock!👏

The mexican woman who manage the park is constantly harassing the white residents, hoping they'll move out. She should worry more about upkeep on the park instead. Its trashy.

Just Don’t even come There always changing the price and the management is stupid

Do you have long term?

Ronny Griffin | Oct 6, 2017
Tiara Smith | Oct 6, 2017

Yes but imo its not worth the hassle and harassment. Management is rude as well as the owner. They pick and choose who stays and goes. Gives eviction notices even though you pay and follow rules. Lets drug dealers and users stay but won't let actual family's stay.

Do they have mobile homes for rent or just lots. Thank you

you have to go ask

Who is the owner and how do I contact? I assume they are owned by some larger company. Would like to speak with the owner before I contact the Better Business Bureau and post bad reviews. Bureau

What is the monthly for a 30' and what does it include

You will need to verify with Adriana in front office for specific rates, but last time I checked, and what I am currently paying is $850/month. This includes Plano city water, sewer, and on site maintenance for any issues. Electric is separate but I have been here since mid June and have not even received my first bill yet. It may seem a little high but it is centrally located and the only RV park within a 30 mile radius. I love it here and have had zero issues!😊😊 Hope this helps!

What internet service is available here?

Saundra Burleson-Robinson | Aug 6, 2022

So I have a portal internet device through T-Mobile..It just sits on your table. It is 5 g..so it is super fast. The cost is $50 a month.. through Metro PCs. Not the mobile hotspot but an actual internet router. Very user friendly. Works great!👍

I am an Rv'r, we are planing a trip to Plano ans want to stay 2 or 3 days...i have seen some bad comments and a couple good about this rv park, is it secure and pet friendly? Tyia

peter rael | Oct 6, 2018
Jen Jenson | Oct 6, 2018

I believe its pet friendly. No gate around it. Multiple entrance and exits, for many blocks. On the west side is the frontage road of the highway, in the east side the barrier is the task road tracks. I haven't stayed here, they were full, and I was traveling thru just in the area for a couple months. I like the centralized location... I really can't say how secure or not it is. It does look like they are continuing to convert from mobile home park to rv. But it still has that Texas long term rv mobile home park feel. Good luck.

My name is Valerie Harris. I'd like to move to your RV park. Is it peaceful at night? Is it family friendly? I'm trying to find just the right place. Thank you.

Hi Valerie I have lived here for 28 years and owned two separate homes here in the regular Mobile Home Park the RV park is Blended in with the mobile home park although most RVs are all in one area. As far as being peaceful at night I'm going to be honest that depends on your definition of peace. I do believe the RV park is a little more peaceful than the regular Mobile Home Park but as I said it's all combined together as far as it being family friendly if you have children just be where there is no we're here for children to play there is no playground so they are forced to play in the streets narrow streets with a lot of traffic and people who don't pay attention to the road. I still live here I have watched the changes over the years and this is a completely different place than it was 20 years ago I wish I had better news for you but I want to give you an honest and true answer!
