Great place to live. The manager and assistant manager have really been great. My move in was smooth. When I have a maintenance request it gets done in a timely manner and the maintenance guys do a great job with fixing anything that needs to be fixed. The property is quite and always clean . It’s a very welcoming community.

I love my spot at the Bently Place Apts. I'm on my third year here and it's been great for me. The staff has changed a few times, but the property manager Lori has held the helm steady. There's a newly established staff whose efficiency, proficiency and professionalism are wonderful. I am an older resident who believes in a clean and safe place. This property has that and the location is everything. I would like to thank them for their attentiveness!!!

I don’t live here but some of my friends have been living here for years. I have been visiting them and here are my opinions about this community: 1) There are no instructions for guests 2) There is no sign, indicators, or anything that show you where you are at. The management messed up with the building number and the way they marked building number is terrible, for example: you are at building #10, the next building can be 30 or 16. You really don’t know which direction you should go. Building number sign is a way too small and dark. You can’t see them if you inside your car. I must say their design is really bad. Updated (Dec 14, 2020): The owner has replied to my review and I just recognized that I voted 3 stars for the community which is totally unfair for them (I think). I have changed it to 4 stars but will keep the same review, thoughts. It is really hard to see the building number and it is so frustrated to find your friend apartment in this community.

Hundreds of dollars’ worth of move-out fees (just take a tour of the other comments below). A largely indifferent, if not openly belligerent office staff. Residents pay a monthly fee for "secure lockers” that drivers deliver to about 1/4 of the time. As others have noted, there are alarms sounding from the utility closets all around the complex, belying the years of ongoing, unresolved maintenance issues. One of these alarms sounded at all hours of the night, multiple times a month, right outside our bedroom window. There were a lot of warning signs with these apartments. However, because of their great location, we compromised. After speaking with other residents, they had similar concerns and came to regret overlooking them. I’m sharing this review in the hopes that others will not make the same mistake. As a final note, I managed to flag a number of fake 5-star reviews that Google took down in response. I want to encourage potential renters to please read these reviews carefully. If the reviewer has only one review or if the reviewer is a “local guide” who lives in a completely different city, please take these reviews with a grain of salt.

Looks like they are going for around $1,287 depending on move in date and apartment. Check reviews prior to inquiring on living here. Good luck.
