Horrible management. They never respond for anything on time. My items were stolen all the time. I heard multiple stories from other tenants about packages being stolen as well. The Evoke has security and maintenance problems. The treadmills and stairmaster at gym, have not being fixed since the moment I moved in more than a year. The facilities look good with the swimming pool, but I don't recommend anyone to live there.

Horrible management. My bikes were stolen from the garage, that is supposed to be secured. I heard multiple stories about packages being stolen. The Evoke has security and maintenance problems. I turned the apartment keys, back in June, and as of today they have not given me back my deposit and haven't returned any of my calls or emails.

Living here is a NIGHTMARE. Evoke is DIRTY. The residents who live here are a younger crowd that leaves trash in the hallways anything from food to laundry their pets feces etc. this is consistently happening! The building is made of CHEAP materials so naturally you can hear everything. When I say everything I mean EVERYTHING. My upstairs neighbors walk back and forth all night long and the floor shakes. If my next door neighbors are watching a movie in the living room I can hear that as well. I live on the side next to the corporate offices so I can also hear everything on that end. It’s annoying to pay rent (not cheap) and not be able to come home and have a place I can RELAX & let alone SLEEP every night without being disturbed. Mind you I sleep with my daughter in our room WITH white noise on and it still doesn’t drown out the noise. I can’t wait till our lease is up, I hate it here. Also for the love of God wash the carpets Evoke :(
