I am or better said WAS trying to rent a property with them and my experience so far with the office staff in the application process has been an agony: I applied for an apartment I was giving an availability for the end of September, same as it was showing in the website but once I started my application process the price went up and now shows an August availability…. I cannot change the date myself and has been calling non-stop for over 2 days to the office in order to clear this out with no response, have send text messages and left voice messages and yet I haven’t had not a single response… only had ONE single email incomplete response just saying that they were not going to return me the application fee money. If this is the struggle when trying to rent an unit I can only imagine what it will be as a resident Update: After making me waste my time over 2 weeks of providing wrong emails, never answering the phone or emails they refuse to even have the courtesy to return the application fees I literally just wasted on this place. If you want a headache come on and apply here, heart attack guarantee! As for Ruby to make sure you get it
