I am moving to Plano for a new job. I flew down and checked out many apartments. This one blew me away compared to the 10 others I looked at. Additionally, I wanted to mention that Matt at the front desk (Who gave me the tour) made the experience a FANTASTIC one. He was thorough, super friendly, and he made me feel so welcomed. When I moved in 2021 it I had noise issues from the neighbours and never got resolved. I was really disappointed and started looking for a different apartment to move to. While I lost all my hope they got a new Manager (Jenny Jones) for this property, everything changed after that. After she took over the Property Manager role she started looking into all the existing issues from the residents including mine, she not only resolved all the issues but also made this Community a lot better. She stays on top of everything and treats residents like her family. She also started hosting a lot of social events that brings the Community closer together (we’ve had wine, pizza, even safety awareness training for free!). She also stays on top of maintenance to ensure a safe / comfortable living environment. I’m so glad they got Jenny here as a Property Manager that makes it really enjoyable to live here!

Our onsite maintenance team handle maintenance request in the order they are received. Any maintenance emergencies such as (leaks, fire, or flood) are handled right away or within a 24 hour window. We also have an emergency maintenance line that will allow you to contact maintenance right away for emergencies. You will simply call the office line and select the maintenance emergency option to be connected or to leave a message.

Our furnished homes are designed so that you may bring only your clothing and personal items and feel right at home.
