00 STARS Everything good until you move out. I am being charged for stains under the carpet. They are keeping my deposit plus charging me in top of that. They did a pre move out inspection and found everything fine (apartment was already empty). Then, they did a second inspection and apparently they found stains under the carpet and needed to replace the carpet. Apparently they lift the carpet if they find something suspicious. The carpet was super clean, odorless and in perfect shape. So I don't understand what prompt them to lift it the second time that they didn't catch on the first inspection since the place was already empty . I told them that I wanted to come and see it in person but they apparently fixed it without even letting me know in advance. The lady who called me told me at first that was normal since I lived there for years when I only live there for 10 months (lol). She couldn't even told me what area or bedroom they found the stain under the carpet. In addition there is a charge for cleaning the washer machine. Yes, the machine that is constantly washing automatically with water and soap (lol). Oh, and also the area looks nice but the surroundings of this complex is full of rats and admin doesn't seem to take action of this. This place are professional scammers when it is time to move out and charge you fees with no reason at all.

This was the most friendly complex in North Plano that works with newly hired employees just starting their lives! This is the complex that accepts job offer letters in lieu of paystub submittals. I've lived here for a year now and I have no major complaints. The locality is very convenient and the prices can't be beat. I enjoy the little lake that is in the North/ North-West side of the buildings. The only complaint I have is this guy that randomly likes to protest something and blares his voice out loud and it echoes into all the apartments facing Libby Road. I think the environment is nice and friendly!
