Well I filled out a application 9/9/2022 I wasn't given a decision if I was accepted or not but my skin color made me feel uncomfortable being here and the women that works in the office gives you the vibe if you're not one of them you're not acceptable that's okay been homeless for 2 years I guess I just keep on stepping. Just another hiccup in Flint Michigan sad sad

If I could give zero stars I would. I just had a gas leak that they did not take serious, from May 30- June 2, 2022 (4 days) me and my sons lives could have been gone had consumers not came in and checked the gas line in my basement that they so called fixed the day before, when consumers seen it he said oh no I can see before I even get closed they did not do anything but put putty stuff outside the gas line. Debrah in the office told me that they needed to hear from consumers that they did not fix the pipe for the gas to stop seeping in. After I’ve taken them tags that consumers put on there stating it was DANGEROUS and needed repaired IMMEDIATELY. It’s the rudely women in the office ALL of them, when you call with work orders all they say is they’ll tell maintenance. Maintenance never come until you call several times frustrated. Even IF then. They talk to you as if your a child and everything is as if they are mad at you for telling them about things that need repaired. They need new people in that office and maintenance they don’t do anything, these apartments are nice and could stay that way if they had people in the office that truly care about the property and their tenants.

I'm writing in concern of Bruce Atkins in apt.109 every month he owes rent which is absurd when I fill out his money order each month. I don't know who collects the rent but I think I'm going to report this to the BBB because I feel someone isn't doing their job. Hope y'all get this taking care of before I report this matter. The building is not kept up. It's infested with bedbugs, roaches and mice. Plus the buzzers don't work
