Honestly I would probably give this place a five star if it wasn't for the single washer and dryer for a 12 people unit. And the fact that somebody has left their clothes in the washer and dryer for over an hour. The other reason I give it a two stars I came home one day went to take a shower after a long day of work and the hot water was out. But the managers are pretty cool the apartment is perfect for a singke father and daughter. Like I said the biggest issue is the washer and dryer I shouldn't have to leave my home to do my laundry that irritates me more than anything I paid less out in Davison at charter oaks and they had their own washer and dryer room with multiple accesses I think a place like this should have the same.

Maintenance is great. Rarely wait long for anything. The place is very clean and quiet. Office help is amazing. I highly recommend this place

Quiet and clean area to live. It could use a few upgrades and a play area for the children but overall a good and safe place to live. Staff is friendly and maintenance gets things done in a timely manner.

my very first apartment with mapleridge and wasn’t disappointed. I have been with them for two years now it’s a very nice area and great maintenance that get the job done. Everyone in office is very understanding and makes you feel welcomed.
