Been out here for 9/10 years & every year gets worse. The new management sucks & they raise rent but don’t take care of the tenants who live out here. The halls hasn’t been cleaned & when making a complaint nothing is done about it. I do not recommend to move here I’m fed up with the whole complex. AC Unit has been out for a year & nothing has been done to fix it.

Why won't Sunridge Apartments fix the huge sink whole by the park? Kids play by & in the huge sink whole. The office is aware. They put cones down & the kids remove them. These kids are going to get seriously hurt. Fix the sink whole! It's simple.
