I had open heart surgery to replace my bicuspid aortic valve in Aug. 2022. I can’t say enough about the kindness, compassion, courtesy and professionalism that everyone extended to me during my 5 night stay. I sort of didn’t want to leave LOL! If you have the opportunity to have your heart procedure done at this hospital, you should do it! You won’t be sorry.

My Mom had a scheduled heart ablation a few weeks ago. The procedure was 3 hours past the time. We were literally the last patients to leave the hospital that night and were extremely rushed out. it wasn't our fault that the procedure was so late and her recovery period was cut short. I feel maybe you should of kept up with schedule better or kept her overnight, We lived 2 hours away so leaving that late made for an extremely long day when your told to show up at 7:30 am & are leaving at 9pm that night. It wasn't busy like i said all rooms vacant so i don't know why they wouldn't explain discharge procedures or home care to her. she's older and needs more time to comprehend it all. Even the food took forever. she's diabetic and hadn't eaten since the night before so it was over 24 hours until she got food. a little something like some crackers would of been good to have . she also got a UTI while there and we couldn't get help with that either!

I am not 100% sure but I bet that they do. And it's a beautiful and lovely hospital with very.delightful people.

No we don't have one in the heart hospital but Baylor Plano across the street has one

This is one of the best hospital I've ever been to courteous helpful the whole nine yards and the doctors that I use out there just awesome!
