Very disappointed in my experience. Went to a salon in Lunenburg Ma. For a trim . Checked prices online. 12.95 sale and regular price 14.00. They wet my hair and trimmed it. Literally took 6 minutes .When I went to pay they charged me 24.00. Double the advertised price. I SHOWED THEM THE PRICE BUT THEY WOULDN'T HONOR IT. LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER.

I had an appointment Friday at 6:45pm. Which was confirmed. Got to my appointment and they were closed already. When Monday-friday there open until 8pm. I'm not sure how they can make there own hours when they are not a mom and pop shop but part of a corporate chain which hours are set by corporate.

I find it better to make an appointment especially on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Can feel frustrating to some if you walk in and have to wait. We want you to come back from a great rxperience!
