I've had a few cuts from them before with no issues. If you get 'Karen' I'd advise rescheduling. Workstation was a mess, hair from previous clients all over her scissors. I should have cancelled the cut when I noticed, too many red flags. I'm a guy with long hair. I wear my hair up for work and needed a trim / shave of the small hairs around the back of your neck. Trim was fine, but shaving the hairline was apparently a challenge. Butchered the back of my hairline. Didn't even take the time to separate the little hairs with a comb before buzzing.
