Yes they do. There is a self guided tour and a vip tour. The vip tour has a little bit more to see. We will visited the cowboys locker room and the cheerleaders locker room on both tours. As early as possible. We arrived around 10:00 for a 12:00 game. Parking close by is reasonable and hotels actually offer shuttles if your staying in a nearby hotel. The security staff wasn't very helpful about which gates to enter and the signage wasn't very clear. Make sure you double check which gates to enter. We had to go upstairs to get around the suites to get to the other side of the stadium. We don't purchase upstairs for a reason and unfortunately the staff gave me incorrect directions 3 different times.

There are handicap seats available....usually at the top or landing as it's called in the lower bowl. All the businesses around there have an attendant who'll take your money and give you a parking pass. Short walk usually and the price is is anywhere from $30 and up. There are deaignated SRO sections all over the stadium. On the upper 400 levels they have couches and other seating arrangements. Parking is at a premium so try to get a parking pass before you arrive. You can also visit a local food establishment/ eatery and park amd ride their shuttle for free. Joe's Crab Shack offers a shuttle as do most places along Collins & Division!
