It's extremely rare for someone to be permitted. Mainly due to having to turn down so many requests. Though the answer is not a definite no. You're better off asking the owner or getting medias attention. Sorry for your loss and I hope you are coping well. P.S. sometimes you got to do things nonchalantly.
I doubt it, but I seen they have Hollywood style name plates in the ground...maybe something like that will work?
